This is a curated event that leads participants through a series of creative and movement exercises that inspires meaningful conversation and connection, geared to those 55+.

When: Every Tuesday until April 28th, 2026.
Time: 10:00am to 11:30am
Cost: $30 each session or $25 if you sign up for 6 sessions
