Project Description: The property at 80 Summer View Avenue currently contains a motor vehicle repair garage. The Zoning By-law Amendment application seeks approval to facilitate a proposed minor expansion of the repair garage by:

  • Rezoning 1,836 metres square of the subject lands from the (H16) RU-7 Zone to the RU-6 Zone;
  • Permitting an increase to the Maximum Gross Floor Area in the RU-6 Zone from 447 square metres to 870 square metres; and
  • Permitting a reduction to the Minimum Lot Area in the RU-7 Zone from 5,000 square metres to 3,250 square metres.
