Project Description:
This application proposes to rezone the subject property from the Mixed-Use Commercial Exception 1 (C4-1) Zone into two site-specific Residential Second Density Exception (R2-XX) Zones to facilitate a future consent application for residential development. The site-specific provisions proposed for this application include reduced lot frontages of 10 metres for each property.
