Project Description:  A Site Plan application has been received to recognize an existing four-unit residential/accommodations building associated with the Georgian Bay Hotel, located at 10 Vacation Inn Drive. A Site Plan Agreement was never executed for the subject site and Site Plan approval is required in order to convert the existing four units into a residential condominium development by way of a Condominium Exemption application.
