Project Description
Minor Site Plan Control: The subject application proposes to convert the existing single detached dwelling to a dental office, including an addition on the second storey of the existing dwelling. The dental office proposes a total 340.2 square metres of gross floor area. An expansion to the existing parking area and site landscaping are also proposed.
Deeming By-law: The subject lands are comprised of three (3) separate lots within a registered Plan of Subdivision. A Deeming By-law is required to merge these lots into one lot.
