Be The Change Film Series continues Season 16 on Wednesday March 20th at 7pm at the Simcoe Street Theatre in Collingwood with the screening of the award-winning documentary, The Last Stand. The Last Stand uses the flashpoint of B.C.’s Fairy Creek stand-off to examine the importance of keeping intact forest ecosystems. The film reveals the complexity of issues facing the world: the need to protect habitat, while balancing economies and jobs; and also recognizing the rights of First Nations' people.
