Project Description: The purpose of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment is to establish site-specific zoning permissions to facilitate a proposed Consent application that would sever approximately 5.26 hectares of vacant surplus lands on the subject property. The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to rezone the approximate 5.26 hectares of land from Community Services (CS) to an Industrial Park Exception XX (M5-XX) Zone to permit a variety of employment uses.
