Project Description: This application proposes to rezone the subject property from Downtown Commercial (C1) to Downtown Commercial Exception XX (C1-XX) to permit the expansion of an existing detached accessory structure with a proposed residential unit on the upper level. Site-specific provisions included with this application include reduced interior side yard setback of a detached accessory structure (0 m and 1.22 m), increased maximum height of a detached accessory structure (9.46 m), and increased maximum gross floor area of a second unit (100.02 m2).
