The subject application proposes an addition with 1,078.18 square metres of Gross Floor Area to the existing building, to facilitate an expansion of the existing bowling alley, accessory restaurant, and arcade. The proposal also includes the expansion of the existing surface parking area as well as modification to the existing horseshoe pit and new site landscaping.
