Project Description: A proposal to revise the Collingwood Zoning By-law to allow for the building of a triplex dwelling containg 3 separate units within one structure. The site contains one existing single detached dwelling. The site will be re-developed for a new residential triplex roughly within the existing footprint. The new building will be approximately three storeys in height. The zonng will be amended from Downtown core commercial (C1) xone to Downtown Core commercial Exception to allow for the residential triplex which will adjust the setbacks from property lines, building depth and parking spaces. This proposal is in conjunction with a lot boundary adjustment.
