Project Description: The applicant proposes to amend the Town’s Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit a residential stacked townhouse development comprised of 12 one-and-a-half storey buildings (blocks) containing a total of 124 dwelling units.
The Official Plan Amendment proposes to redesignate the subject lands from the ‘Existing Neighbourhoods’ designation to an ‘Existing Neighbourhoods – Site Specific’ designation, in the new 2024 Official Plan.
The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to rezone the subject lands from Residential Third Density Exception Thirty-Three (R3-33) to a Residential Third Density Exceptions Zone (R3-XX).
The proposed development is part of the same property which encompasses the Residences at Silver Creek development.
