D110223: Amendment to Site Plan Control Application

Project Description: This amendment has been received to amend the development known as the Residences at Silvercreek to approve phase 2, specifically the 60-unit Condo Townhouses. This is the same proposal as file number D11920.  D11920 was approved by Council on September 20, 2022, with the specific exception of the townhouse buildings themselves (phase 2) as there was only water allocation sufficient for the apartments (phase 1) when the application proceeded to Council. As such, the plans approved in September indicate the townhouses as the “future townhouse phase”. The effect of this proposed amendment would be to remove the “future townhouse phase” label from the plans to grant the townhouse buildings Site Plan Control approval. The proposal should remain the same in all other aspects.
