Project Description: The proposed development is for the development of three four-storey apartment buildings (66 units per building), and one five-storey apartment building (47 units) with a total of 245 apartments units and maximum height of 14.9 metres. The five-storey building is proposed to have a ground floor parking garage with 27 parking spaces, while the remaining four-storeys would be for residential apartments. An additional 213 surface parking spaces are proposed, as well as bicycle parking, amenity space, landscaping, and associated site works.
