Project Description: The subject lands are currently Draft Plan Approved for a total of 319 dwellings units including 121 single detached dwellings, 59 townhouse dwellings, and 139 stacked townhouse and/or apartment dwellings. A convenience commercial block, park block, and combined stormwater management and park block are also included.

The proposed revisions to the Draft Approved Plan of Subdivision includes a reconfiguration of proposed dwelling units and would increase the number of dwellings from 319 to 336 (~5%), including an increase in the number of townhouse units from 59 to 85, a reduction in stacked townhouse and/or apartment dwellings from 139 to 131, and a reduction in single detached dwellings from 121 to 120. The convenience commercial, park, and combined stormwater management and park blocks are proposed to remain.
