Project Description: The subject application proposes to develop the Phase Two works of the Industrial Complex Facility at 140 Mountain Road. This proposal includes the construction of twelve (12) manufacturing and/or custom workshop units with a combined Gross Floor Area (GFA) of approximately 2,224 m2, a trail connection and associated site works.
