Project Description:  The subject application proposes to develop Phase Two of a multi-unit industrial complex currently under construction at 140 Mountain Road. Phase 2 would involve an additional 2,190 m2 of Gross Floor Area (GFA) for recreation/other uses. The proposal also includes associated vehicular and bicycle parking, outdoor amenity space, a connection to the Town’s adjacent trail network, pedestrian walkways, and landscaping.
